Ordering from Muthu Jewellers is simple. Follow these steps:
- Visit our Shop and browse the available products.
- Open the product you like and select your preferred colour and quantity.
- Add the product to your Cart.
- Check your cart carefully and proceed to Checkout.
- Enter your correct customer, address and contact details.
- Select the available payment method and place your order.
- After placing your order, keep your Order ID safely for order tracking.

💳 Payment Information
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible normal orders.
Bank Transfer
Bank Transfer can be used where applicable, including prepaid gift orders.

Would you like to send jewellery directly to someone special?
Gift orders can be sent directly to the recipient's address. Payment can be completed by Bank Transfer where required.

Orders with a product total of Rs. 2,500 or more may receive a FREE surprise item from Muthu Jewellers.

✔ The order must be a regular-price order.

💎 Bulk Orders & Automatic Bulk Pricing
Bulk ordering is easy at Muthu Jewellers. You do not need to place a separate bulk order or enter a Product Code manually.
- Open the product you want to purchase.
- Check the product page for its Product Code, Minimum Bulk Quantity and Bulk Price.
- Select your preferred colour and enter the quantity you need.
- If the quantity reaches the minimum bulk quantity for that product, the bulk price is applied automatically by the website.
- Add the items to your cart and continue your order normally.
Regular Price: Rs. 170 each
Minimum Bulk Quantity: 20 pcs
Bulk Price: Rs. 150 each
If you order 20 or more, the website automatically applies the Rs. 150 per item bulk price.
⚠️ Important Order Notice
Once your order has been confirmed and the parcel has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or the parcel refused.
